Carbogen (95% oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide) supply is necessary for proper Bicarbonate pH buffering - autoclaved.

Use immediately once opened. Store at 4 - 8°C

Ional composition of MTS Solution (Base A + Base B)

NaCl = 126.7 mM

KCl = 5.4 mM

CaCl₂ = 1.8 mM

MgCl₂ = 1.05 mM

NaH₂PO₄ = 0.42 mM

NaHCO₃ = 22 mM

Glucose = 5 mM
