Lab Incubators

Lab incubators are essential when incubating samples. They are designed to provide climate control temperature uniformity and prevent contamination for various applications. Multiple chamber types are available, including refrigerated, direct-heat, dry block incubators, environment chambers, and plant growth incubators. Microbiology incubators provide excellent features like decontamination programs, locking mechanisms, transparent doors for visibility, and digital display options suitable for various test procedures. Refrigerated incubators are designed to keep samples at specific fixed temperatures and help achieve precise and accurate results.

They help create excellent results with temperature performance and are manufactured from stainless steel microbiology incubators, which is easy to clean and carries corrosion-resistant properties. Shaking incubators are ideal for growing bacteria and electrophoresis, and you can control the many factors of incubation, including light, humidity, pressure, and atmosphere. All operating features include simple calibration and auto-tuning functions to ensure your samples are incubated in the perfect environment.

What is a shaking incubator used for?

A shaking incubator is used in laboratories to grow and maintain microbial cultures, cell cultures, or other biological samples that require constant motion and controlled environmental conditions. The shaking mechanism keeps the contents of flasks or tubes continuously agitated, ensuring uniform mixing, oxygenation, and nutrient distribution.

What is the speed of shaking incubator?

Most shaking incubators operate within 40 to 400 revolutions per minute (RPM). Lower speeds are used for gentle mixing or suspension cultures, while higher speeds are ideal for vigorous aeration in microbial or cell cultures.
