Corning® Cell Recovery Solution
Allows for recovery of cells cultured on Corning Matrigel Matrix. It depolymerizes Matrigel without enzymatic digestion and lengthy incubation periods at high temperatures for subsequent culturing and/or biochemical analysis of cells.

Used to depolymerize Matrigel matrix in 2D or 3D cultures, including organoids. It allows for recovery of cells without damage, avoiding biochemical changes during incubation and digestion of extracellular cell-surface receptors and adhesion molecules.
