The Ricca Chemical Wright-giemsa stain mixture is composed of 84.44% methyl alcohol, 14.89% glycerin, 0.32% Wright's stain, 0.24% giemsa stain, 0.07% sodium phosphate dibasic, 0.04% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.00% phosphoric acid and 0.00% water. It is suitable for identification of different blood cell types. It can be stored at a temperature of 15 to 30 degree C.
