Tungsten disulfide suspension (WS2) (1 mg/mL in water) is a two dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) material with a hexagonal configuration. It is a graphene like material that has a honeycomb network. Its properties include high flexibility, and moderate mobility of charge carriers.
Synonyms: 2D-Tungsten disulfide; 2D-Tungsten disulfide dispersion with nonionic surfactant; 2D-Tungsten sulfide dispersion; Tungsten sulfide
Linear Structural Formula: WS2
Application: WS2 suspensions can be used in the fabrication of a variety of devices which include humidity sensors, and lithium ion battery. It can also be used as a catalyst for water decomposition.
