Trimipramine (maleate)

A tricyclic antidepressant compound that antagonizes several types of neurotransmitter receptors: H1 (Kd = 0.27 nM), 5-HT2A, α1-adrenergic, D2 (Kd = 180 nM), muscarinic acetylcholine (Kd = 58 nM), 5-HT2C, D1, and α2-adrenergic (Kd = 680 nM) receptors.
