Thiamine Hydrochloride, FCC is the hydrochloride salt of vitamin B1 that is part of the B vitamin complex. It is a water soluble vitamin that is colorless and stable at acidic pH while unstable in alkaline solutions. It occurs naturally in low doses in many types of foods. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
