Application: SSC Buffer, 20X Concentrate, is a standard reagent in Southern and Northern blotting procedures. This concentrated formula can be used straight or diluted to make SSC working solutions with concentrations as low as 0.5X. It is also for use in preparing nucleic acids for hybridization.
