2686S94 through 2686T10 are Polypropylene GC Snap Top Caps. 2686T21 through T42 Snap Top Caps are for Shimadzu Autosamplers. All caps are 11 mm.
Caps may be snapped on and off by hand which eliminates the need for metal crimping and decapping tools, thus reducing potential hazards due to sharp aluminum metal edges. Large opening top provides greater target area for needle penetration. Available in a variety of colors for easy sample identification.
Our 11mm aluminum seals and snap caps are available assembled with a septa and a round metal o-ring for use in any application where CTC Analytics PAL® instruments must transport the vial to another location using the magnets found on these instruments.

The 11mm Snap Cap with an integral molded polyethylene septum area is now available pre-slit in order to offer a penetration aid for dull or thick needles. The closure is easy to snap on and easy to remove with just a finger.
