Application: For transient, cytoplasmic expression of N-terminal FLAG(R) fusions and N-terminal c-myc fusions from bicistronic mRNA. Two genes can be cloned into MCS1 and MCS2 for transcription of a single message from the CMV promoter. This vector is useful for protein-protein interaction studies and multi-subunit proteins. Supplied with a control vector (pCMV-BICEP-4+p53/LTA) containing FLAG-p53 and c-myc-Large T antigen in MCS1 and MCS2.
