General description: PSF (polypyrimidine tract-binding protein-associated splicing factor) is an ubiquitous nuclear matrix protein which plays a pivotal role in mammalian spliceosome. The PTB/PSF complex formation is also necessary for pre-mRNA splicing. Monoclonal anti-PSF antibody can be used as a primary antibody in immunofluorescence staining. This antibody is also useful in affinity chromatography, immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry. Monoclonal anti-PSF antibody reacts specifically with human and mouse PSF.
Application: Monoclonal Anti-PSF antibody is useful in affinity chromatography, immunoblotting, RIA and immunoprecipitation. It can also be used in immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry.
