Application: Monoclonal anti-LRP1 (clone LRP1-11) antibody produced in mouse may be used to tag LRP1 for detection and quantitation by immunoblotting, immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used to determine the roles of alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor (LRP1) in processes such as embryonic development, lipoprotein metabolism, proteinase regulation, activation of lysosomal enzymes, cellular entry of viruses and toxins, cell signaling pathways, cell migration, and neurodevelopment.
