Synonyms: Monoclonal Anti-Human Lambda Light Chains (Bound and Free)
MDL No.: MFCD00162516
Storage: -20C
UNSPSC Code: 12352203
Application: Monoclonal Anti-Human λ Light Chains (Bound and Free) antibody produced in mouse was used as capture antibody in sandwich ELISA of hybridomas of splenocytes and NS0 myeloma cells at a dilution of 1:500.
Biochem/physiol Actions: Immunoglobulins (Ig) are produced by the B cells and play crucial role in host humoral immune response. A typical immunoglobulin consists of two heavy chains and two light chains. The two light chains are either κ or the λ chain. The B cells express one type of light chain during their life time.
Immunogen: Purified human IgG myeloma proteins covalently coupled to polyaminostyrene (PAS) microbeads.
Specificity: The antibody is specific for human lambda (lambda) light chains. This antibody is reactive with intact IgG (lambda), IgA (lambda), free lambda light chains and Bence-Jones lambda light chains. It is non-reactive with kappa light chains.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
