General description: EGFR is a tyrosine kinase receptor that regulates cellular several functions such as growth, blood vessel formation, metastasis and invasion. Monoclonal anti-EGF receptor antibody is specific for human EGF receptor.
Application: Monoclonal Anti-EGF Receptor antibody is suitable for use in immunoprecipitation (4-8 mug using cell lysate of A431 cells).
Immunogen: partially purified EGF receptors from human A-431 cells.
Physical form: 0.2Â mum filtered solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4.
