General description: The mouse monoclonal Anti-c-Myc FITC conjugate is an antiblody isolated from ascites fluid and conjugated to the flourescein isothiocyanate iosmer I (FITC). This antibody recognizes the c-Myc tag sequence on c-Myc tagged fusion proteins when expressed n or C-terminal to the fusion protein.
Application: Suitable for detection of c-Myc tagged fusion proteins in transfected mammalian cells by Immunofluorescence and immunocytochemistry.
Immunogen: synthetic peptide of the human p62c-Myc protein.
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
