General description: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a glycoprotein antibody that regulates immune responses such as phagocytosis and is also involved in the development of autoimmune diseases . Mouse IgGs have four distinct isotypes, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. IgG1 regulates complement fixation in mice . Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-R-Phycoerythrin antibody detects mouse IgG subclasses G1, G2a, G2b, and G3 and also reacts with mouse IgA and IgM by Ouchterlony Double Diffusion (ODD).
Application: Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-R-Phycoerythrin antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry . The antibody can also be used for indirect immunofluorescence (1:20).
Immunogen: Purified mouse IgG
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM iodoacetamide, 1% bovine serum albumin and 15 mM sodium azide.
Specificity: Binds all mouse Igs.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
