UNSPSC Code: 12352203
Application: Anti-LRP1 (N-terminal) antibody (anti-CD91) produced in rabbit may be used to tag LRP1 (N-terminal) for detection and quantitation by Western blotting, immunoblotting or immunofluorescence and in plasma by immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the roles of alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor (LRP1) in processes such as embryonic development, lipoprotein metabolism, proteinase regulation, activation of lysosomal enzymes, cellular entry of viruses and toxins, cell signaling pathways, cell migration, and neurodevelopment.
Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 188-201 of human LRP1, conjugated to KLH. The corresponding sequence is identical in mouse, rat, dog and monkey.
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
