General description: v-ATPase is a complex consisting of 13 subunits. It is involved in proton transport and the acidification of organelles.
General description: ATP6AP1 is an accessory subunit of vacuolar-type H+-ATPase (V-ATPase) that is induced by receptor activator for nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) in osteoclast differentiation. Furthermore, ATP6AP1 is known to modulate protease exocytosis in osteoclast mediated resorption of bones. Rabbit anti-ATP6AP1 (451-465) antibody binds to human ATP6AP1 (451-465).
Application: Rabbit anti-ATP6AP1 (451-465) antibody can be used for western blot (1:500-1:2,000) assays.
Application: Yale Center for High Throughput Cell Biology IF-tested antibodies. Each antibody is tested by immunofluorescence against HUVEC cells using the Yale HTCB IF protocol.
