General description: ATG4B is a member of the C-54 family of cysteine proteases that is involved in cell degradation through autophagy.
General description: Rabbit anti-ATG4B antibody binds to human, mouse and rat ATGB4 by immunoblotting (approx. 44kDa) and immunohistochemistry. Detection of the ATGB4 band is specifically inhibited by the immunizing peptide in immunoblotting assays.
Application: Applications in which this antibody has been used successfully, and the associated peer-reviewed papers, are given below.Immunohistochemistry (1 paper)Western Blotting (1 paper)
Application: Rabbit anti-ATG4B antibody has been used for immunoblotting applications. The antibody can also be used for immunohistochemical assays using formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections at dilutions ranging from 1:50-1:100.
Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 6-22 of human ATG4B, conjugated to KLH via a C-terminal cysteine residue. The corresponding sequence is identical in mouse.
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
