Sigma has developed a variety of specialized media which are intended to provide optimal performance when utilized with specific cell lines. This product consists of 30 mL of RPTEC complete media supplement which is added to basal media and other components listed below to produce 500 mL of complete media needed for optimal growth, maintenance, and culture of Sigma's Human Renal Proximal Tubule Epithelial Cells (RPTEC). The final RPTEC complete media was developed specifically for use with Sigma's human RPTEC control SA7K Clone cells and various knockouts (KO).

Application: RPTEC Complete Supplement has been used in SA7K cell line culture for cell characterization.
