RNAPro Solution is a proprietary lysis buffer designed to efficiently isolate total RNA from any type of plant and animal tissue or cultured cells, microbes, or soil and environmental samples. Using the FastPrep-24™ or FastPrep® FP120 Instrument, samples can be homogenized by using MP Lysing Matrix tubes. Total RNA is released into this proprietary, protective RNApro™ Solution. Following extraction with chloroform and precipitation, total RNA is extracted.
Recommended Use
Use with FastPrep-24 or FastPrep-96 (with ConeFlex Legacy Adapter), or with optional CoolPrep Adapter kits to lyse, grind or homogenize samples, for the extraction and purification of RNA.
