  • Broad variety of closures and caps in different colors
  • Closed top closures with different septa materials for sample storage
  • 9 mm screw cap suitable for almost all autosamplers due to its design in form of a crimp cap
  • Thread design not standardized; avoid mixture of vials and caps from different sources
  • Bonded cloures with firmly to the cap connected septa for Waters and other autosamplers with penetration problems, especially in HPLC
  • For all autosamplers/robotic systems transporting vials by a magnet, 702155 / 702156 with a magnetic top on the PP cap should be used
  • Septa material used for the production of the N 9 screw closures has – aside from physical inspection – also been tested analytically
  • Red Rubber / FEP septum for routine analyses; for more demanding analyses: high purity silicone / PTFE septa
  • Slit silicone/PTFE septa as a penetration aid for thick / blunt HPLC needles
  • Packed with 100 pieces in a resealable, tamper-evident zip-lock bag
  • Closures can be ordered as single components or - along with a vial of your choice - as a Vial Kit in a drawer-like PP box for safe storage during consumption in the lab.
  • Pre-sealed vial-closure combinations can be supplied as well
  • For all closures, plain caps or replacement septa you can ask for a certificate of conformity (CoC) for your own ISO documentation.
