Mixture of six protease inhibitors for use with mammalian cells and tissue extracts.
Solubilized in 1 ml of DMSO. Will treat proteases extracted from 20g tissue.
One vial contains the following components:
- AEBSF HCl: 100 mM
- Aprotinin: 80 uM
- Bestatin: 5 mM
- E-64: 1.5 mM
- Leupeptin: 2 mM
- Pepstatin A: 1 mM
- Specificity: Serine Proteases, Cysteine Proteases, Trypsin like Proteases, Aspartic Proteases and Aminopeptidases
