Anti-PKR Antibody has been tested for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 62 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues. Positive Controls used A431 Cells, Daudi Cells, THP-1 Cells, and Rat Lung Tissues.
