Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail I

Mixture of three phosphatase inhibitors for use with animal tissue. A431 and Jurkat cell extracts. Suitable for extracts containing detergents. Supplied in 1ml DMSO. Dilute 1:100 before using.

Contains:

  • (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate
  • Cantharidin
  • Microcystin LR, Microcystis, Aeruginosa

Specificity:

  • Alkaline Phosphatases and Ser/Thr
  • Phosphatases 1 and 2A (PP-l and PP-2A)
