dNTPs Set 1 is composed of four separate vials of highly purified PCR grade, sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. The four dNTPs are in solution at a 100 mM concentration. This format allows the addition of each dNTP to be altered as required for specific experiments. These solutions achieve sensitive and consistent PCR results and are also suitable for use in real-time PCR, cDNA synthesis and DNA sequencing.
