ORAI1 antibody has been tested in ELISA, WB, and IHC. ORAI1 often migrates at a higher than expected (~32 kDa) molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. Expect a band at ~51 kDa in size corresponding to ORAI1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
