Nitrotyrosine Affinity Sorbent

The nitrotyrosine affinity sorbent consists of Cayman’s nitrotyrosine monoclonal antibody conjugated to Sepharose 4B.

Application(s): IP and WB

The sorbent is designed for immunoprecipitation of nitrated proteins from biological samples. This is an effective way to concentrate nitrated proteins for subsequent detection using a different nitrotyrosine antibody, such as Cayman’s Nitrotyrosine Polyclonal Antibody (Item No. 189540).
