The mPAGE(R) Unstained Protein Standard is a mixture of twelve recombinant unstained proteins ranging from 10kDa to 200kDa. The 85kDa, 25kDa, and 10kDa bands have higher intensity to serve as reference points. mPAGE(R) Unstained Protein Standard is suitable for molecular weight determination after SDS-PAGE or Western blotting and serves as a standard to calibrate the mobility of prestained markers.Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris-phosphate(pH 7.5 at 25C), 2 % SDS, 0.2 mM Dithiothreitol, 3.6 M Urea, and 15 % (v/v) Glycerol. Load 2.5 to 10 mul per lane.
