Application: Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Suggested fixation for ICC/IF: 3-3.5% PFA with 0.05% saponin treatment. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions: TSG101-4A10 recognizes TSG101 protein, the product of a recently identified Tumor Susceptibility Gene whose inactivation in mouse fibroblasts results in cell transformation and the ability of those cells to form tumors in nude mice. The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein and contains a proline-rich domain and a luecine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
Immunogen: Amino acids 167-374 of TSG101 protein expressed in E. coli.
Physical form: Phosphate-buffered saline, no preservative added.
