General description: Monoclonal Anti-HA Agarose Conjugate recognizes native as well as denatured-reduced forms of the HA (hemagglutinin)-tagged proteins and is reactive with N-or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E.coli or in mammalian cells.
Application: Suitable for use in immunoprecipitation assays and for immunoaffinity purification of HA-tagged fusion proteins.
Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 98-106 (YPYDVPDYA) of human Influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) known as HA-tag, conjugated to KLH.
Physical form: Suspension in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, containing 15 mM sodium azide
Specificity: The antibody recognizes native as well as denatured-reduced forms of HA-tagged proteins and is reactive with N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E. coli or in mammalian cells.
Preparation Note: Prepared using cyanogen bromide-activated agarose. Specific antibody concentration is 2.0-2.4 mg/ml settled resin.
