General description: The monoclonal Anti-Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP), N-terminal mouse antibody reacts with GFP fusion proteins.

Application: The antibody is suitable for ELISA and immunoblotting.

Immunogen: peptide corresponding to amino acids 3-17 of the Green Fluorescent Protein from the jellyfish, Aequorea victoria, conjugated to KLH through an N-terminal added cysteine residue.

Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.

Specificity: The antibody reacts specifically with GFP fusion proteins.
