Monoclonal Anti-Digoxin (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma DI-22 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with digoxin conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

Application: Monoclonal Anti-Digoxin antibody produced in mouse has been used in:

Biochem Physiol Actions: Unlike other oral inotrope, digoxin does not promote mortality. It inhibits sodium potassium ATPase membrane pump.
