Immunogen: sea urchin (Lytechinus pictus) sperm axonemal proteins.

Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 15 mM sodium azide.

Specificity: Recognizes all mouse brain beta-tubulin isoforms (beta and beta' subpopulations), and sea urchin beta2-tubulin. The epitope recognized by the antibody is localized in the C-terminal region of beta-tubulin (amino acids 427-432 in sea urchin beta2-tubulin).
