Anti-MD-2 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 19 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues. Validated in WB in rec protein, IHC in human samples, IF in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.
