Dissolve 35 grams in 1 Liter distilled water. Adjust the pH to 7.2 Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Casein Peptone: 10 g/L
Sodium Chloride: 5 g/L
Yeast Extract: 5 g/L
Agar: 12 g/L
