Kahweol

A natural diterpene that increases glutathione S-transferase expression and activity in vivo; inhibits LPS-induced NO and PGE2 production (IC50 = 54 and 23 μM, respectively) in RAW macrophages; blocks the proliferation of endothelial cells (IC50 = 50 μM) and inhibits endothelial migration, invasion, and tube formation.
