Anti-HIV-1 p24 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 24kDa, 41kDa, and 55kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates or tissues, corresponding to HIV-1 p24 and its precursors p41 and p55 respectively in HIV-1 samples.
