Easy handling and direct access to all parameters due to two separate knobs
- For your protection an independent safety circuit will switch off heating if hotplate temperature exceeds 25°C over set temperature
- Two rotary knobs allow for direct & convenient access to speed setting from 100 to 1,400 rpm at an accuracy of ±2 % and temperature setting up to 300°C
- If heating is switched on the on/off button is illuminated for visual control. In addition, a residual heat indicator prevents from burning hazards when heat function is switched off
- Upgrade this magnetic stirrer with the optional EKT Hei-Con temperature sensor for precise temperature control, overshoot protection and reproducible results

A digital display enables full process monitoring and precise setting of all parameters.
- This unit features a digital display and allows for easy setting and monitoring of values in the illuminated readout
- For your protection an independent safety circuit will switch off heating if hotplate temperature exceeds 25°C over set temperature
- Digital speed setting from 100 to 1,400 rpm at an accuracy of ± 2 % and temperature setting up to 300°C

Hei-Mix & Heat Expert: Well designed features for carefree stirring and heating
The Mix & Heat Expert includes all features of the Core+ unit but comes with two separate timers for heating & stirring functions.
- For controlling the temperature, you can choose between three heating modes: FAST for a particularly quick heating, as well as PRECISE and PRECISE+ for a particularly exact control of your target temperature without overshoot - this is how sensitive samples are optimally protected.
- This device is compatible with the temperature sensor Pt1000 as well as the double sensor Pt1000 that allows the measurement in your sample and in the bath liquid simultaneously.
- You can also set the rotation direction of your magnetic stirring bar and benefit from the automatic stir bar detector. As a result, your sample is optimally stirred at any time, even when there are irregularities while stirring.
Hei-Mix & Heat Ultimate: Precision and networking opportunities when heating or stirring
The Mix & Heat Ultimate includes all features of the Expert unit but comes with an additional RS 232 & USB B interfaces.
- Monitor and control your process with the included Hei-Control software or your own program
- Benefit from reproducible results and the option to program ramps and interval processes
