Application: The GenElute(TM)-E Cap Puncher is designed to work with the GenElute(TM)-E line of DNA and RNA purification kits. When pressed onto the lid of the single-spin column, the cap puncher creates a small opening through which a sample can be pipetted directly onto the column. This reduces the amount of handling by eliminating the need for cap removal, and lessens the chance of cross contamination when handling multiple samples.For full instructions, please reference any of the GenElute(TM)-E protocols.
