Fluorescein Methotrexate, Triammonium Salt

Fluorescein methotrexate is useful for studying anti-metabolite resistance and spontaneous gene amplification. The dye is actively taken up by cells and binds to dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) quantitatively.
