ESGRO Complete(TM) Basal Medium is a defined serum-free medium developed for use as a base medium for differentiation studies, for serum free culture of ES cells when used with LIF and BMP, and during routine washing steps when passaging cells.
Application: Routine washing of cells. Suitable for serum free culture of ES cells when used with LIF and BMP. Suitable for use as a base medium for differentiation upon addition of differentiation factors of choice. Medium suitable for use on feeder independent cell lines.
