QuEChERS dispersive solid phase extraction (SPE) kits supplied in 2 or 15 mL centrifuge tubes accommodate the aliquot volumes specified by current AOAC and EN methodologies. Select the dispersive kit suited to the type of food analyzed and the method followed. The sorbent extracts the sample matrix, while MgSO4 helps remove excess water and improve analyte partitioning. Selected kits are now available with ceramic homogenizers. Ceramic homogenizers can make analyte extractions easier by minimizing variation and breaking up salt agglomerates. Kits containing ceramic homogenizers are designated by a CH. QuEChERS Dispersive Kit, Drug Residues in Meat, AOAC method, 15 mL with ceramic homogenizers, 50/pk. Contains: 150 mg C18, 900 mg MgSO4.
