Application: The Dendritic Cell (DC) Base Medium DXF is a user-customizable version of the DC Generation Media DXF that does not include cytokines. It must be adequately supplemented by the user for the generation of immature as well as fully mature myeloid Dendritic Cells from peripheral blood monocytes.Note: DC Base Medium DXF must be supplemented with additional cytokines. For freshly isolated cells, the Monocyte Attachment Medium (C-28051) is also needed.Recommended for:Human Monocytes (hMo), freshly isolated and cryopreservedHuman Mononuclear Cells (hMNC), freshly isolated
