CMV-rtTA lentivirus (Puro)

This strain carries the tetracycline reverse transcriptional activator (rtTA) under the control of the CMV promoter. The rtTA binds to tetracycline operator elements (TetO) in the presence of doxycycline, causing transcriptional activation of genes downstream of TetO.
