CD45 (clone 2D1) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the human protein CD45. CD45 is lso known as Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA). All antibody conjugates have been validated in flow cytometry. Each is supplied at 5 uL/test, with sufficient antibody for 25 (125uL) or 100 (500uL) tests. These antibodies belong to the Biotium Choice list of select antibodies that have been validated and optimized in-house for optimal performance. • Blue fluorescent CF®405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. • Green fluorescent CF®488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm. • Far-red fluorescent CF®647Plus dye has excitation/emission at 652/668 nm. • Near-infrared APC-Astral™813 Conjugate dye has excitation/emission at 788/813 nm. • Far-red fluorescent RPE-Astral™616 dye has excitation/emission at 565/617 nm.
