Anti-Beclin-1 Antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence. Expect a band approximately ~51.8 kDa in western blot using positive control HEK293 whole cell lysates, mouse brain tissue for IHC and IF, or other specific lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
