Antigen: human ARAP2 within the region of amino acids 1,670-1,720
Host: rabbit
Cross Reactivity: (+) human ARAP2
Application(s): IHC and WB
ARAP2 is a PIP3-dependent GTPase-activating protein that binds to RhoA-GTP, and modulates actin cytoskeleton remodeling by regulating ARF and RHO family members. ARAP2 associates with focal adhesions and functions downstream of RhoA to regulate focal adhesion dynamics.
