Biochem Physiol Actions: ZNF750 (zinc finger protein 750) is a nuclear transcription factor. It controls transcription factor KLF4 (Kruppel-like factor 4) and thereby, turn on the terminal epidermal differentiation gene program. Mutation in this gene is associated with seborrhea-like dermatitis with psoriasiform elements.
