ZBTB34 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 34) is a 504 amino acid protein characterized with an N-terminal BTB (br-c, ttk and bab) or POZ (pox virus and zinc finger) domain. The protein shows ubiquitous expression in adult human tissues and it is predominantly localized to nucleus. ZBTB34 gene mapped to human chromosome 9q33.3 codes for a ZBTB34 protein, which belongs to BTB/POZ protein family.
